After visiting at least six other jewellery stores across Subi and the CBD to look for an Engagement ring, Kerryn and the team at Ecali were by far a cut above the rest. Their willingness and ability to work with me to customise a ring was excellent, and they were able to offer several suggestions and ideas with quick turnarounds for CAD models to help visualise the ring. Pricing was fair too. Above all, their service – in part, due to the fact this is an owner-operated fine jewellery store, there was no feeling of being led by a sales person towards a ring that hundreds of women are wearing

What a magical experience shopping at Ecali jewellers is! Not only did I end up with an exquisitely remodelled engagement and wedding ring when mine wore out and lost one of the smaller stones, but the service Melanie provided was nothing short of wonderful. She helped us choose the most beautiful setting to accommodate the stone from my damaged engagement ring and even helped with an insurance claim to reduce the price, and make this unexpected purchase less of a financial burden. The service Ecali provides makes their jewellery sparkle even more. I highly recommend shopping at Ecali.
