I purchased my Subaru Outback 2018 from Ian late last year whilst living at a remote location in the NT. The plan was to find a suitable car for my return home to WA. Ian was very accommodating with this providing me a few car options and sending me plenty of photos to look at with details of each vehicle. He spent ample time with my friend who was available to look over the vehicles with a fine tooth comb and assisting me to choose the best car for me. When my parents collected my Subaru from Ian they were greeted with respect and understanding I was not able to collect car myself took plenty

My wife and I had a great experience buying our new car from Perth City Subaru. We have never spent that much money on a vehicle before. To say the least, we were a bit stressed. Wesley made the process a lot easier for us. He was very helpful and very knowledgable on the Outback. We were pleasantly surprised to be dealing with someone who was not pushy and who would go out of his way to answer our questions and deal with minor issues.

Ian was incredibly helpful. He put a car aside that he felt would be suitable for me whilst I travelled to Perth with my husband from down south. Ian went the extra mile, he made sure the car was serviced, cleaned, even tried to buff out a couple of scratches I had concerns about. He spent the time going through the running of the car especially the safety features which are important to me as I recently had a car accident. I would highly recommend going to see Ian if you’re looking for a car. I couldn’t be happier with my Subaru Forester.

Wow! I can’t recommend this business enough. We have dealt with many car companies before this one and never received the personalised service Subaru offered. They were really professional and accommodating in every way. The people we dealt with, were very friendly and the business certainly had a family feeling about it. Thank you especially, to Ian McDougall who was wonderful in dealing with our enquires and concerns. He gets a 5 star rating from us for sure. Poor customer service. Lack of goodwill to new customers. Presented our near new car back to them (that we purchased as a demo) and they didn't even try to process a warranty claim for our cracked mirror switch, instead trying to go straight for our wallets with a $500+ quote for a broken switch on our car that had less that 10k on the clock and in our possession for only a few months. Lack of follow up feedback also after they said they will look into this. One not happy customer.

Just bought a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer and my experience could not have been much better. I was very well looked after by everyone and in particular Ian. The car was fully serviced and cleaned/touched up before picking up the car. I was very impressed with their great attention to detail and high quality customer service. I walked into Subaru just do browse with only dreams and ideas.
Ian was the first one to smile at me and asked me if I needed assistance, and instead of selling me a car, he ensured that I was looked after the entire way, he treated me like family and looked at all the best options to help me find what was best and suitable for me.
Paul also went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best deal. Paul and his team have gone above and beyond to help me get the best deal on everything and to not “rip me off” but to look after their customers.

We rang the yard and receptionist told us someone would be in touch.. we had a one and a half hour drive to the yard.. no return phone call.. we bought an xv top of the range.. we were told the price was drive away no more to pay.. we signed the paperwork.. then about 2 weeks later we got a bill for just over $1000 for the transfer of the car into our name... we were misled and lied to... so beware if you are thinking of going to this yard... just don't go there it will be a better experience elsewhere.. guaranteed.... The worst service/personnel by far.
I changed my Tribeca's tyres in October and in February, where I took it for service, they told me that I had to change the tyres!!!! When I told them that the tyres were changed by them in October, they replied "No worries"!!!!
They never fill out the service book nor place the sticker on the windscreen.
I took the car again to have the CD player fixed and their response was "It's not our job to fix it, get it to a sound service center"!!!!
After "servicing" the car (was not actually serviced) I received 2 texts advising
