We purchased a car from Big Rock Toyota and our sales consultant was Jordan.
I had been to many and had called around a lot of Toyota dealerships to see if they had the car we were wanting in stock. Big rock had 3 different models to choose from and I was placed through to Jordan. He was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. His service was fantastic making sure he went over all the details of the car not only when we went to test drive it but in more detail on the day of pick up.
Would definitely recommend purchasing a Toyota through Jordan.

I had my vehicle up for sale and was contacted by Jack from big Rock Toyota, we had a brief conversation about the vehicle and was visited on the same day where my vehicle was assessed. I was happy with the offer made, filled out all of the necessary paperwork and dropped off the vehicle the following day. A day after this the agreed sum was transferred into my bank account. A massive thanks to Scott and the team at Big Rock Toyota. I had advertised our Prado on all the usual sites, Scott got in touch, identified himself as an purchaser from an interstate Toyota Dealership (we live in the Eastern States) and was keen to purchase our vehicle. With one working day they had organized someone to check over the car, then two days later the car was on the back of a transport truck and later that day the money was in our account! Unbelievable poor service! Toyota asked for a recall on my 2020 Supra and Big Rock Toyota told me they cant do it because there is a shortage of technicians in Australia LOL!! They sent me to Wangara Grand Toyota to have the job done. I see this as an improvement though, as last time they sent me to BMW (sic) to fix my Supra radiator water leak :).
I wonder when I would learn to read the reviews first. My advice for you people: avoid at all cost, these are genuine time wasters. And yes, if you want to contact me, my details are in your database Big Rock Toyota.

Called to speak to the parts department about getting some filters for my 200 series as I'm traveling through WA at the moment. after being put through to the department via the receptionist it rang for a while then i was put on hold for 5 minutes. i had to hang up as i had something to do. Then when i called a second time and was put through via the receptionist again i had a lady pick up. I have never in my 20+ years of owning Toyotas been spoken too more rudely than this lady spoke to me. The dealership came recommended by someone at my trailer park and spoke quite highly of you. Very disappointing

I went back to Big Rick Toyota, Balcatta because of the experience I had purchasing my first car from Ryan Elliot. I saw other cars online with other dealers but I knew I’d be looked after at Big Rock. Ryan took amazing care of me and gave honest feedback on vehicles I considered to suit my needs. Can’t fault the service from Ryan, Fraser and Debbie and not to forget the service team, Alan, Sabrina and the team, also amazing service. Can not recommend Big Rock Toyota highly enough. I know when I’m ready for a vehicle change I’ll be heading back without doubt.

Buyers Beware. SCAM!
Purchased a 2015 land cruiser from Big Rock Toyota, claiming the vehicle gone through a 110 point check and is in good condition. Upon initial inspection, the vehicle was presented in fair condition with some underbody surface rust.
However, during the two months of ownership, the vehicle had broken down twice and I discovered that the rust had eaten through body panels. Especially on wheel arches, which was covered in “sound deadening”. Claimed by the used car sales manager, saying that “they spay a thin layer as the factory often cracks”.
I found rust bubbles above
