Visit our clinics in Emu Heights, Mt Druitt and Prospect for our high quality physiotherapy treatment. We provide a variety of services direct to your workplace to improve the health of your workers and reduce injury costs for your business. We also offer online follow-up sessions to help you remotely to improve your health and manage your pain.
We understand that your loved ones might not always have the money to spend on looking after themselves but that doesn't mean they can't come and see us. Our gift certificates give you the option to fund treatment and/or products for others. Once paid, we will email your certificate straight through to you!
Our main clinic is in Emu Heights and services the local areas of Emu Plains, Penrith and the Lower Blue Mountains. We also operate out of Edge Medical Centre in Prospect on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Family Medical Practice in Mt Druitt on Wednesdays. Our clinic physiotherapy focuses on providing quality one-on-one physiotherapy treatment.
We offer a variety of services to your workplace. Major injuries often start off as minor aches and strains. Our focus is on the early detection of these minor injuries, stopping them from progressing to a Workers Compensation claim; thus preventing serious injury and disability. We aim to minimise the social, financial and logistical impacts injuries have on your business.
As we are faced with unforeseen challenges and technological advances, telehealth arrives as an important resource in a rapidly changing world. Although Telehealth was slowly implementing itself across the health industry, it's acceptance as an integral solution to maintaining healthcare has been accelerated by the general population including the government, physiotherapists and the wider medical community.

I have been trying for 3+ months (in addition to having given up on them 3 years ago) to get items from this (Benefits Preferred) company OccFit Solutions. Though the 3 women who work the office are kind, the lack of oversight and records management is INSANE! Never would I willingly work with this company again. Do not waste your precious time if you have the option of getting hosiery or shoes somewhere else.

My doctor recommended me to go to the store so they can fit me with correct compression socks. I am a senior citizen, the shop is far from my house. When we reached there, we saw open sign but the door had ‘by appointment only’ sign. We could see several individuals inside. Phoned inside using the # on the door to see if we can be seen but the call went to voice mail. We stood there for 5 minutes hoping to get their attention. Ultimately we returned home empty handed. So far no one has called back. Extremely bad customer service, they lost me as a customer.

I would highly recommend OccFit Physiotherapy! It is a clean, super friendly, caring and relaxed environment. I injured my lower back at work. Jonathan was incredible, he treated me over a period of 4 weeks. He was fantastic at educating me with my condition and helped with pain relief strategies, stretching exercises and lifting techniques to ensure I could return to work. Jon also emailed me after each treatment, outlining the exercises and a management plan. He also followed up a few weeks later to see how I was doing. I couldn’t recommend OccFit enough.
