Very unprofessional and dishonest sell my house at 66 Lock Street with him. Charge me auction fees even if there was no auction. Also get me to sign delayed settlement contact where he agreed to 6 weeks. Jonny is rubbish guy, he lies to his clients and do not take responsibility for his mistakes. I don't know how this kind of people get realestate agent licence.
He also lied to buyers about solar panels. All in all don't go to him. Once he gets you to sign the contract only he cares about his commission

Aussie unity is managing my investment property in Girraween for more than 5 years. All my interactions are with Swati and her service is exemplary. In 5 years with 3 different tenants, the property was vacant for only one day. Service is prompt and issues addressed immediately. This is completely unprofessional when you text customer to come in and have inspection of a property whose advertisement was displayed with tag line "contact agent for address".
So, look at the tactics first hide details on realestate.com.au and then when customer enquire and get the address and time to visit on Saturday. Then when interested people visit the property then surprise surprise no one is there.
When called on phone you are told that property is sold. Wow, awesome for you agent but please don't waste our time.
