Wish I could select -5 stars. Very poor communication, called 30/4 Property manager was going to follow up with tenant regarding leak, called back 19/5 spoke to Nick, was very apolgetic at lack of communication back from previous conversation with property manager but have found Nick's lack of communication is on par with 1st incompetent property manager. Four weeks on and still cant get access to their clients unit to fix a repair. These people forget that others also have a job to complete.

The worst unprofessional real estate i have seen. We signed a contract and paid the deposit but while we were signing the contract, the agent said another buyer offered more just few minutes before we walked into the office so the agent asked us if we wanted to offer me? we said no we are going to stick to the agreed price we came to sign contract… and continued.That afternoon i got a call from agent advising the other buyer is coming into sign the contract the next day evening and he will organise for our deposit to be returned. Would never consider using Elders again in life.
