To meet the demands of larger and smaller functions alike we offer a variety of packages to suit every appetite. Our Canape Package is sure to satisfy your hunger and we guarantee we will not let your guests leave hungry! Why not choose from our Small Foods section? Add this onto any of our other packages to act as pre-dinner nibbles or even a fork and talk style entree.
Vanteen Catering works from a custom built commercial quality food van converted from a vintage 1978 - 19ft caravan. We love using our food van but we need your help to ensure there's enough space - we are 6m long and require 3m wide x 3m high clear access on firm ground (all that lovely food is mighty heavy) we also prefer to have access to 2x general power outlets reserved solely for Vanteen's use within 20m of where we will be parked.
Our lovingly reclaimed Bondwood caravan has been converted into our amazing vintage travelling bar. Imagine sitting comfortably on our leather lounge getting ready for your big day, sipping champagne or locally crafted tap beer poured by your personal bartender. With our team of friendly and reliable RSA trained staff your drinks catering will be a breeze.
We are always happy to schedule phone calls with our lovely customers. Due to the varying nature of our business we are sometimes out of the office attending weddings and events. In order for us to help you properly we kindly request you fill out our enquiry form. Just let us know your preferred method of contact when prompted and we will arrange a suitable time to call you.
Want to impress your guests with a major feature to your catering? Our Grazing Stations are a major hit. They can serve as pre-dinner nibbles or a late night snack. We work closely with each of our clients to ensure the selections on YOUR table are exactly what you want. We have a fantastic custom table we can add to your package to give your station an extra boost.

We had Bec and Woody cater our business Christmas event. From the first contact, Bec was onto it. We were looked after and it was seamless. The food was phenomenal. Woody was in and out. The kitchen was left in a perfect state. I would highly recommend the team at Vanteen and we won't hesitate to use them again!

We were so glad to have Bec and Woody from Vanteen at our wedding - the food was DELICIOUS! As massive foodies, we absolutely loved the canapés and the degustation experience the team created for us. All of our guests were raving about the food that day and said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and dinner was a fine dining experience on its own!

Vanteen are amazing at what they do! They know food and they know weddings. The food was beautiful with all guests raving about how delicious it was. We had the Cellar Van as well, which added a beautiful look to our venue, the service was exceptional, drinks were always flowing and food was always going around. We are so very happy with how Vanteen worked our wedding day for us. Thank you so much!

Bec and her team were amazing from start to finish. The food was top notch quality and prepped with an eye for detail. The concept of having the van parked in the driveway is great, as all the cooking happens in there. An extra person serving drinks inside tops it all off.
Can't wait for the next party, so we can hire Vanteen again!

Cannot sing Vanteens praises enough. Multiple guests at our wedding said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding, including a chef! We had the lamb, one of the fish, pumpkin risotto.... drooling thinking about it. Can't recommend enough. We also hired a bartender through them which worked perfectly

C and the whole team are amazing! They were fabulous to work with when organising a surprise 40th for my Hubby. Bec was super flexible with final numbers changing a few times due to COVID and state border closes.
The Mexican Fiesta was DELICIOUS with all our guests raving about the food.

On the night of our wedding we made sure that we sat down to enjoy dinner as we knew it was going to be good, but we didn’t realise HOW GOOD! It was full of variety, amazing flavours, and there was plenty of food to go around but still left everyone wanting more.
Throughout the evening I was hearing nothing but positive reviews, and people were amazed that such tasty wholesome food could be coming out of a kitchen on wheels! They went above and beyond for us and their service was so friendly and professional.
We also hired Vanteen Catering for our recovery

Vanteen Catering - what a memorable experience! From the initial point of contact Bec was great with responding promptly and providing a range of options to suit the event needs. We selected the ‘share feast’… option where the main dishes were plated with paired sides. All guests said the food was amazing (especially the fish!!) and plentiful! Thank you Vanteen!
