It is with great pleasure I present myself to you in a format that encapsulates the legal work I am involved in, and my other business and sports pursuits. I was educated at Xavier College and Monash University, and have degrees in Economics and Law. I commenced my legal career in Greensborough, prior to moving to Coburg and opening "Stephen J Peak & Co" in 1987,a nd I am still going strong in Albert Park, Victoria.

I practice in all court jurisdictions, but in particular, I take instructions from you in the major parts of the law that effect you, the client. Motor Vehicle Law. Family Law. Commercial Law - including debt recovery, contract and business disputes, commercial leasing, franchising disputes, licencing and a host of other issues surrounding the area of commercial law.

I have been involved in presenting LAW and SPORT shows in the media since 1985,w hen I commenced my career in "Lawyers Guns and Money" on 3RRR with Ross Stevenson and Denis Donaghue. I have appeared on 3AW, 3RRR, 3CR, Ballarat Radio, Southern Cross Radio, 3XY, SPORT 927 ( now RSN),a nd now fully involved at SEN1116 since 2004.
