If I could give more stars I certainly would be giving Katie & Nicole more than 5 stars , I have been a tenant with PRB for some time now and from the onset both Katie & Nicole have been fantastic.
The professionalism shown by both of them is exceptional. They are very approachable, supportive, responsive and never is anything too much trouble .
I work with real estate agents and I can certainly compare , I would have to say no doubt both Katie and Nicole from PRB are two of the best.

From the minute I met Nicole and Katie at the first open house, I knew I could trust them to secure a great property for me to lease. They were transparent, quick to respond and extremely helpful during the entire process. Nicole has been especially helpful over the last 2 years, helping me with unexpected mishaps without question and is always immediately responsive and understanding. I could not recommend PRB highly enough!

I'd leave zero stars if it were an option. The Team at PRB are by definition, unprofessional and entirely disrespectful. On top of outstanding repairs for over 18 months, we have 2 URGENT SAFETY REPAIRS outstanding for over 2 months. No responses, blatantly being ignored. Yesterday was fun, took the electrician two visits to change the basic light bulbs because he didn't have enough bulbs (failure to brief the job on Katie's part). This saga has been the worst experience of our leasing history. I could not recommend them less and would not wish their disgusting behaviour on anyone.

Complete disinterest in delivering responsibilities. Unprofessional is such an understatement. All starts at the top. Find Joe & Marcello at the cafe up the road most of the day but don’t expect a reply to an email or text for months on end. Certainly a shame when you can’t even expect bare basics of safety matters to be addressed in a timely manner (let alone politely). I literally end most correspondence with “let’s keep respect and professionalism front of mind going forward” to no avail. Property management is literally just an empty title at this agency, certainly

I cannot speak more highly of Katie Gauntlett, Senior Property Manager at PRB Real Estate. She has been the most professional and responsive agent for the last 4+ years. I would highly recommend her to any potential landlords who are looking for someone who cares for your property and ensures their tenants want to remain in long term leases. If the property we owned were in Sydney, I would most certainly retain Katie as my agent. She is respectful to renters and is a very good communicator.

It was a real pleasure dealing with PRB Real Estate. There aren't a lot of real estate agencies that would really listen to their clients and attend to their needs but PRB Real Estate definitely is one that does. I have been looked after by Katie Gauntlett who is the sweetest person I have ever come across. I would highly recommend her.
