Gerard Partners were really hard to deal with. We never were assigned a property manager so it was hard to resolve basic queries. When it came to the end our lease, basic wear and tear was blamed on us. It was only when we threatened to involve the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal that they finally, reluctantly released our bond. We were 'good tenants' but made to feel otherwise. Very unpleasant.

Gerard Partners have been the best agency I have dealt with as a renter. Aaron got us into a place very quickly, and we would have absolutely stayed there longer if the owner wasn’t selling. Gerard helped us out when we had to extend our stay a week to find another place. This team is great and I wish all agencies were like them.

Gerard Partners recently sold my property in a new location they had moved into. Danniel, took the time to learn my surrounding environment where my property was, to learn its selling points. He identified the small things within my property that was of selling difference to the next property.
