The cumulative experience of our Health Dimensions' 17 therapists across various fields of natural health creates an easy-to-access field of knowledge for you and your family. We work together to help you recover from illness or injury, to improve your wellbeing and bring your mind and body into balance and to enhance your reproductive health for a successful pregnancy and ongoing good health for you and your baby into the future.
Health and wellbeing occur when your emotions and hormones are balanced and you aren't experiencing pain. Focusing on achieving your healthiest body before trying to have a baby can be beneficial. Helping you understand your baby's health needs: crying, sleep, birth trauma, digestion, fever. While offering you treatment to relieve your discomfort it's important to address the underlying cause of your issues.
Osteopaths use a range of approaches to enhance function, including manual therapy (mobilisation, stretching, massage and manipulation for ligaments and joints), exercise therapy and programming, equipment prescription, lifestyle advice and patient education. Osteopaths determine the mix and frequency of treatment and management approaches using skilled clinical evaluation and diagnostic approaches.
Some patients may experience a bit of soreness following a treatment but you should not expect soreness to occur. On rare occasions a complaint may be aggravated and reactions to treatment differ from one person to the next. It's recommended you report a thorough medical history to make your osteopath aware of any pre-existing conditions such as osteoporosis or a condition related to fragility.
Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a Patient Questionnaire and sign a consent. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child, you may complete the form and sign it on their behalf. Our Patient Questionnaire is designed in order for your practitioner to assess, diagnose and provide effective treatment for your condition.

I genuinely love this pharmacy. True life saving, actual science-based pharmacy. The personal care that they deliver over the phone is excellent and they are able to obtain hard to find medications for me. They are able to deliver medications to my front door. I have used Health Dimensions Pharmacy compounding service for years and I find their service to be friendly, professional, courteous and most of all fast. My medications always arrive on time and if I forget to request a refill from my physician they contact me. Heather is very knowledgeable and when I have a question she answers it promptly.

Health Dimension's excellent staff, knowledge of their products, and professionalism makes ordering and my prescriptions easy and time saving. They send me reminders when my refills are getting low, and they will mail the order to my house, usually within 1 to 2 days. Health Dimensions is not only convenient, but they put a personal touch on their services that you just don't find at your local Pharmacies.
