Services
Hot Stone Massage Therapy combines the benefits of hydrotherapy and thermotherapy (the use of heat application) with the strokes of massage using stones to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment. The heat of the massage stones warms the skin, which allows for the absorption of moisturising and therapeutic oils, while simultaneously preparing musculature of the body so the massage therapist can work into the deeper muscle layers.
Full body waxing available, hot wax and strip wax used. Student pricing is available for children currently attending school and up to the age of 18. At Glispa we have available at your fingure tips the very reputable Nutrimetics range, which incorporates skin care for all ages and skin types; a great range for men; spa and bodycare; a full range of make up including lips, nails and fragrance.
For the past 25 years I have been having regular massage to help me with various tensions in my body and have been massaged by many people, one of whom became a noted teacher of massage. I have mentioned this so you will know I speak from personal experience. Over the last five years I have been having regular remedial massage therapy with Marie Sloane.
