Each Queen and Twin Studio is identical in size, while the Family Studios are approximately 40% larger. The Studio apartments are similar to an "L shaped" hotel room with an ensuite bathroom.

Hands down one of the worst places we've ever stayed at, but at $100 a night with parking included, the value is hard to beat
No ammeneties provided, the shower doors don't close, the hot water cycles from boiling to cold every minute or so, the air conditioners are loud and occasionally dump water on your doorstep, you can hear everything from nearby apartments, and there are crickets everywhere outside and in the pool
But the beds are comfy, it's super close to the beach, it felt private and safe inside, the rooms are large for a studio, parking is right outside the apartment, no bed bugs or

This place was so perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfy and self contained with a little kitchen. Nice hot showers. My son loved the pool, and all walking distance to Bondi Beach. Such a reasonable rate for the area too. We look forward to visiting Ultimate Apartments Bondi again in future. Very helpful and friendly staff too. Big thumbs up 👍

Definite budget accommodation in need of an update but was clean and offers off street parking. Disappointed with people smoking and drinking in the the pool area whilst trying to have a swim with my 7 yr old. Also had to clean up broken glass around the pool deck and advise reception there was glass in the pool when we checked out. Close to transport and 10 min walk to the beach, eateries & Westfield. Great if you only need a place to rest your head.

This is a really cute and quaint little place. Not pretentious, just nice and simple, they even have old school simple door keys. I just got here but I really love it already and will likely come back here on a future trip to Sydney. I stayed the first part of the week in a really nice high end hotel but it was totally impersonal, this place although not as "nice" wins with personality hands down. The lady at the front desk was also amazing and personable. Just a big win.

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas break and the location was perfect! A short walk from one of Australia's most iconic beaches Bondi beach, and the price was perfect. The bed was really comfortable, and the kitchenette was really handy because we saved heaps of money by not having to dine out in expensive Bondi cafe's everyday. Will definitely return, highly recommended.

Loved it! Bondi can be impossible to get a park so to be staying this close to the beach was fantastic. We used the kitchenette daily to prepare breakfast and make a picnic to take down to the beach. The staff were really helpful and gave us heaps of ideas on things to spend time on and directions to all the local attractions. Will stay again.
