The people are nice but the premises really needs a clean and a revamp. It's really run down and tacky. Dirty walls and floors. Really old worn towels and massage tables. It's not clean, it's cramped,the massage tables are covered in old pillows and nasty throw away covers. I guess I expected nice clean Japanese massage place but instead got a run down old massage parlour where obviously the Bosses focus is on making money. The massage was Remedial and ok but definitely not worth it. Will l go back. No way

Whilst the customer service is good, the staff change and not good quality of massage. The staff use their elbow most of time and hit my spine and then pain next day..not professional massage. In addition, the massage was done only on my back although requested whole body. My friend also had a bad experience. When wiped off oil with towel, the skin was rubbed too much and the skin was eventually turned to red and pain the rest of the day. It was an unpleasant experience.
