Shire Build delivers high quality new builds, extensions, renovations and outdoor living spaces from design and approval stage through to delivery. This project was a complete transformation including restoring the existing Federation home to its full charm, then carefully juxtaposing the classic elements with a newly added contemporary lower ground floor complete with polished concrete heated floors, kitchen with butlers pantry, luxurious laundry & powder room and spacious living area along with a beautifully landscaped outdoor living and pool area.

Shire Build was recommended to us for our home renovation which included a second story addition. From our very first meeting with Craig we felt comfortable and knew we would be in safe hands. From start to finish, Craig, Billy and team kept us up-to-date with how things were progressing, as well as what was coming up and decisions we needed to make to ensure things stayed on track (and we thought we were super organised!).

From the initial design and quote stage we were immediately impressed. Our house had a lot of quirks and unusual… design features which Craig helped us change and modernise. His wealth of experience and creative solutions instilled so much trust from the get go. He helped us put our stamp on our home and make it feel more like ours and not just somewhere we lived.

If you need a renovation, Craig and his team are the ones to engage. We required a bathroom that was functional for a wheelchair and right from the start the focus was to make sure that every detail was to my requirement and liking. We will be using Shire Build again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We engaged Shire Build to undertake some minor changes to our home in 2019. We were impressed with Craig's honesty and integrity, as well as his ideas to meet our objectives in more cost effective, creative ways.
The first day they started work, we dramatically increased our brief, designing on the fly and resulting in a reno that affected every part of the house taking 3 months.

Craig and his team re built a bathroom in my house. The bathroom he rebuilt was only a year old. It leaked and the person refused to fix it. So I called on Shire build and they were amazing. The team were efficient, tidy, organised and highly professional. The bathroom was completely gutted and re built. I would use Shire build again. Well done guys and this bathroom doesn't leak!
