Kudos to James for going out of the way to assist me on 11th Nov. I was in a difficult situation when I left behind a bag containing my passport. James took a detour to allow me to collect my bag from home so that I can continue my trip to the airport without hesitation and also decline to compensation for time, distance and extra toll.

I have used link transfer few times already. This time I am really convinced of its reliable service. I am very impressed of the pick up time accuracy. I found out from the driver that a software was used to monitor the times. It would be even better if link transfer extend its service to sunshine Coast.

Great service. amaze that not many people know about this service. it was so convenient as I ordered a door to door service so i can be picked up from my accomodation, thus avoiding having to find transportation to a standard spot at an unearthly hour of 5am. Ride was smooth and calming with gentle music. So was able to snooze further till we arrived at the Gold Coast airport

Prompt pick up, pleasant driver, arrival at airport on time. While locating second pickup, driver doing a u-turn nearly hit a cyclist, which I noticed because I am a cyclist. Fortunately cyclist knew how to ride defensively. I was first pickup and I would have preferred to be informed about how many/where pickups along way.

Saved me the hassle of catching several.public transport options to get to Brisbane airport from the gold coast. Would 100% recommend them and would use them again. Great service. Would definitely use again. Driver picked me up from home, on time, no need to worry about leaving my car in long term car park. Arrived at Gold Coast airport at exactly the time stated with plenty of time to relax before my flight. Driver courteous and pleasant, very willing to load luggage. Gladly recommend as a transport option from Brisbane to Gold Coast.

LInk Transfers was a friendly and economical way of transferring me from Brisbane (Northlakes) to Gold Coast airport. The driver was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me that the flight was delayed over 2 hours before the airline did. It was just $46 for the service and certainly beat having to get there in any other way.

My daughter travelled alone to visit her sister and i had booked Link Transfers to pick her from the Gold Coast airport and send her to a residential address in Brisbane. I was so amazed with their caring and loving care they provide to my daughter to the extend of even calling me confirming that they have her and she's on the way home. It was such a relief knowing we actually have people around i can trust in a foreign land. Thanks again guys esp Susie & Chris and keep up the good service rendered.
