I purchased a turbocharger for my VW golf from here and they were very receptive, answering my calls emails promptly, and assured me it was working fine. Within 6 months as i was getting my vehicle serviced they informed me I had a large leak in my turbocharger, and a fault in the turbo actuator and it would need replacing again.
When contacting them regarding the issue I still have heard nothing back for months, following up multiple times. The Worst part is I was actually just wanting to purchase another one from them regardless of their faulty product and they still didn't reply to me.

Hi I recently purchased a engine and transmission, SGS parts plus advised me that the parts were in good work order, as they told me a compression test was conducted. When having fitted the car with the engine and transmission there were many faults. I tried to contact SGS as this is under warranty but no one is responsing and keeping it silent. Please beware I though I could trust these people but I was wrong. Don't do the mistake I did - stay away

I'm a Service Advisor at a workshop in Hornsby and I purchase used parts from these guys all the time. They are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Even if I just call up for an invoice or credit note reprint they are helpful and friendly. As a member of the Parts Plus network they can quickly see what is available at other members sites. They're prices are competitive and deliveries are quick. I highly recommend them.

The tow driver brought my car here for wrecking as I had accident. Offered me $100 and told the guy I will not proceed with them as I am not happy with the price he’s offering me.
After refusing, he gave me so much headache. Told me that police took my car plates and that I cannot pick up my car because there’s no way a truck driver can take it as the way was blocked. I asked him why as I needed my car plates to cancel my registration and messaged me back by “maybe arabs took your plates and decided to deal with them so don’t waste our time anymore.” And also he gave my private number

Easy and efficient service. Not only did they give me a price I couldn't refuse, they delivered the part straight to my door the very next day. They literally have a better customer service than a Bank or any other competitor. I rarely leave my feedback about a good experience but in this case, I need to call out businesses that are just easy to deal with. I called SGS Parts Plus, I got what I needed the very next day without paying an arm and a leg. The staff even texted me to let me know the status of my order. Really impressed and highly recommend.
