Placed an order on Friday Morning for a set of canopy roof racks for my LDV T60. Was assured that being in Sydney i get them on the same day delivery.
so i paid for the items. I sat home waited for the delivery when it came to about 3.30pm I rang them as i still dint get anything. Surprise I was told sorry they still here and we didn't have a courier to pick them up, I asked why didn't anyone ring before hand to inform me. No one could answer me why. I had a guy booked to install the racks on sat morning and as i couldn't get hold of him I was charged a call out fee of $100.

Delivery took three days when is was only supposed to take one. Parts weren't even sent on the first day. Only found that out once I called in the afternoon. Dominic was the one I spoke to and every single time he was very rude and when I asked why he never informed me that it wouldn't be delivered on the first day he said "what do you want me to do" wasn't even apologetic, didn't even seem to think it important to inform me that delivery wouldn't be that day and that I wasted my time waiting around all day for a delivery that would never come. Then it took two days after the first day because
