Services
There are three important factors to consider when prescribing a herbal formula - quality, safety, and efficacy. We prescribe herbs in granule form because they are easy for our patients to prepare. Our herbal medicine is subjected to the most stringent quality control processes. This ensures that your herbs contain no impurities or substitutions and are correctly identified.
We are open only on appointment. Our first appointment time is 11am, and our last appointment time is 5pm, weekend and late appointment available on request. If you are running late, we appreciate a quick courtesy phone call as it will affect appointments following yours. We advise allowing at least one and half hour for your initial visit.
Our fees are inclusive and cover your consultation and acupuncture treatment, and any additional treatments which may be appropriate for your condition, including cupping, electro therapies, or moxibustion. NB: the cost of herbal medicine may vary slightly (up or down) depending on your dosage, the ingredients used, and the number of days your prescription covers.

Lilli has been so amazing from the very first session. I was in so much pain and felt so unwell, and the next day I felt 80% better. I couldn’t believe it. Lili’s knowledge is greater than being an amazing acupuncturist. During my regular 3 months of acupuncture we’ve used different tactics that would not only tackle the issue I came with, improve my general well-being and increase my energy level, it helped me to learn about my health a lot along the way. I have been seeing Dr Lili Ho for 6 weeks now (once a week) to help with back, neck, shoulder and hip pain and suffice to say it has been working wonders on my health. I feel like I have more energy along with little to no pain in those areas mentioned. We are going to focus on my stomach issues next 5-6 weeks. As a software engineer, I have been suffered from neck and shoulder pain for almost 2 years. My husband and I were very pleased we met Dr Lily Ho, a truly extraordinary physician. My husband was very skeptical having needles poke his leg and near his ear to treat an injured thumb.
