We don't charge account keeping or maintenance fees. A corporate account with ACT Cabs is eligible for all fleets affiliated with us, including Standard and Business Class taxis.

For most accounts we can offer a fixed price and same driver. All drivers are background checked and most hold a Working with Vulnerable People Check. You have the option to prepay for a term. The person driving the taxi to the airport was a rude male from the middle East. He went the wrong way, missed the turnoff and had to backtrack a large distance. At the airport he threw my case from the boot and rudely took off. Bad impression of Canberra and extremely unprofessional.

Booked a cab over 12hrs in advance for 3.30 am. Rang when it still hadn’t arrived at 3.40 and was told ‘I was at the top of the queue’ and they were ‘waiting for an available car’.
Ended up booking an Uber which arrived in 3mins. Trying to support a local business but seems pointless to have a booking system if you just end up in a queue anyway!
Won’t be using again.

Poor form. We booked a cab for 0630 to catch the train in Queanbeyan at 0704. we are a 20 minute walk away from the station and a 3 minute drive. We waited untill 0640 no messages or a phone call, so we decided to walk/run otherwise we would of missed the train. When we got to the station we got a message a 0700 and our doorbell went. Even if we waited that long we wouldn't of made it. Will not use this company again for a booking.
