We are a manufacturing bakery located in the busy Brighton Central Foodland shopping centre. We make all our products from scratch and we buy and support local SA wherever possible. We buy our meat from Brighton City Meats and our fruit and vegetables from Brighton Foodland. We are known for our traditional fresh cream sponge cakes as well as our own unique chocolate mud cake varieties.

Great little bakery tucked away in the foodland complex at Brighton. Their new premises have given the store a much needed lift.
The products are great their potato pie amazing and other baked goods always fresh and full of flavour and the team enjoy what they have ordered. On two occasions I have not had my order filled completely when I have delivered back to the team and yes, the onus is also on me I should check before I leave the store but I feel pressured to get out of the way. Although I'm spending $45 to $50 in baked goods someone usually misses out 🤔
