Norm Wales Constructions is first and foremost a Bundaberg home builder, dedicated to crafting one-of-a-kind living spaces that you'll be proud to call home. As the saying goes, Rome wasn't built in a day, and much like Rome, your home is going to take a little time and more than a little effort. Although the process of designing and building your dream home will undoubtedly have some hiccups along the way, we've put a system in place to keep them to a minimum.
Naturally there are a lot of steps to building a new home. But it doesn't have to be difficult. In fact, with Norm Wales Constructions it's exactly the opposite. We've been doing this for over 20 year's and we believe a smooth, hassle free process is equally as important as a stylish, modern new home.
At Norm Wales Contructions, we are strong believers in one-on-one communication, throughout the whole process from the first meeting until we handover and even beyond. The standard amongst most builders is to charge per square metre, an approach that all too often can lead to horribly rigid and inaccurate pricing.

We've been doing renovations for many years and are now retired and decided to go with Norm Wales Constructions for our FOREVER home.
Together with everyone on Norms team we have successfully moved into our small but beautiful home as promised, on time. Every trade we found had pride and patience in making every detail of our home perfect.
Going to miss the day-to-day interaction with the tradies but are so glad to be in our home and out of the caravan.
We would highly recommend Norm Wales Constructions and would like to thank everyone involved.

Norm and Michelle have been great to work with from start to finish. We needed a custom designed home in a certain timeframe and Norm was 100% up front and on the ball from the first phone call. We have never built a new home before so we didn't know what we were doing, but Norm guided us through the process expertly. From suppliers to trades… people, everyone we dealt with during the process was friendly, professional and very good at what they do. Everyone says "the devil is in the detail" and "the detail" is what Norm and his team do best. Every stage was delivered on time and on budget

My wife and I have visited Woodgate many times over the years and finally got the opportunity to purchase a block of land. The next step was to find a quality builder. We spoke to several builders including Norm Wales Constructions.
It started with a phone call to Norm and then a visit to his office. We sat down with Norm and discussed what we were hoping to achieve on our block and we were not disappointed. We decided to build our holiday home at Woodgate Beach with Norm Wales Construction after meeting with two builders and we felt Norm was the right person for the job.
From our first meeting we then moved to signing a contract and progressing with the building. The building process was stress free and we were kept up to date with weekly progress reports. These progress reports where a great benefit to us as we were in Brisbane for most of the process only being on site three times during the build.
