I agree 100 percent with the previous review. Beware of the HIA policy
which is 100 percent for the builder and not the owner and this builder uses clause 10 repeatedly if you talk to his subbies. The quote doesn't mean a lot
as he uses the adjustment notification as a money spinner on a regular basis . Be aware also what he says on his web page is not all true.
NEW UPDATE we've been in the house for 2 months now and I am still
doing jobs that the builder couldn't do properly the first time . Had a
warranty claim but contacted the subby instead of the builder and it was
done properly without

This builder has added so much to my house. He made it into the home that I dreamed of. His work ethic is amazing! From design all the way through to completion was a dream. Nothing was to much. I consider this company not just a building contractor but a dream maker. He kept the worksite so clean & tidy it was spectacular! Geoff and his crew were so considerate of our family while we were living on a construction site, that while the construction progressed his focus always remained of our quality of life.
