I am very disappointed with the service and communication that I received after taking my boat in for it's regular annual service on the 22/04/2021. The boat was kept for just under 3 weeks as parts had to come in from the Eastern States, however, this was not the problem. The problem was that Jasper advised me that they had come in earlier, when they hadn't and only after I followed it up. When I picked up the boat, I paid immediately after being told that all the work had been done, only to find out that the trailer lights that had not been working when I brought it in were still not working

So much so when I wanted a larger boat both Nick and Lino and Issac were once again fantastic in recommending the Bar Crusher 6.7 C. Once again they matched it with a 200 Mercury a perfect match. The boys in service were great in fit out and catered every need

When a boat dealership has the price for each type of service publically on the wall you know you are off to a good start. The honesty and straightforwardness from the crew at Aquasports is why I chose to recently trade in my 'old' boat (2018 Fish Hunter 550RB), buy a new one from them and come all the way back up from down south for its 20hr service and fitment of outrigger bases. I value clear communication, especially being Scottish and it coming to spending money haha, and am probably annoying to deal with as ask a lot of questions.
