Girl Friday Weddings opened it's doors in 2009. We are a boutique agency of trusted and award winning wedding planners based in Crows Nest, NSW servicing both Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro and regional areas.

We used Friday girl weddings to help us set up the decor for our wedding in March. I wanted to design my own decor and my friend was doing the flowers but I needed someone to set it all up on the day. Friday Girl weddings offer a range of services and were able to offer the perfect solution with the 4 hour bump-in and bump-out. they were professional and worked really quick in a tight timeframe. They took all the stress out of the day which meant I could relax and have fun! I highly recommend their services!

Sarah is AMAZING. There's just about nothing Sarah cannot pull together - and make happen - on your wedding day. Even if it looks impossible, somehow - and there are times that I don't know how - she makes it possible.
I am a Marriage Celebrant and Wedding MC. I have seen the difference having Sarah will make to an event. I have also seen what happens when things get left to chance. Many times have told my couples. "There's only one person that can do this. You need Sarah." The smart ones come and thank me later.

Even though you were hired for just on the day coordination, I felt as though you were always available in the lead up for questions or advice - and your regular check-ins to just see how we were going or if we… needed any assistance, was greatly appreciated. We even received a thoughtful little gift along the way to assist in our planning. I was blown away when I walked into the ceremony and reception - and the end of night pack up and drop off was seamless and issue-free

Amazing Amazing Amazing! Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She replied to all my emails quickly and no request or question went unanswered. Her professionalism and friendly nature ensured that I felt completely at ease which is what a bride needs as the big day approaches. Sarah and her team were amazing. We found Girl Friday by chance at the later stages of our wedding planning. We were looking for a champagne service at the Sydney Botanic Gardens (we already had a stylist working on our ceremony and reception set up). The communication with Sarah was exceptional, very easy by email. Her team seamlessly slipped into… the ceremony, set up a beautiful aisle runner (better than the one I originally had booked) and set up the champagne and popcorn service for our guests. The service provided by the staff to our guests was to a very high standard of professionalism

Sarah from Girl Friday Weddings was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. She was our helping hands on the day, but she went above and beyond every expectation I had of her - I honestly don't know what we would've done without her! Sarah did an amazing job at my wedding with set up and coordination. She was professional, easy to work with and very experienced. She scoped my requirements without me having to sit and explain everything step by step. For a bride (we all have to repeat ourselves to every new vendor, it gets tiresome) it was great that she was able to interpret and understand requirements easily.
Sarah went above and beyond the duties for the night and I highly recommend Girl Friday weddings!

I hired Girl Friday Weddings for help with my high-tea themed wedding at the Sydney Botanic Gardens and it was one of the best decisions this events amateur ever made. As a reasonably well organised and competent DIY-er, I did as much as I could before deciding -about three months out- that I needed an expert to look over the plan.
