Amazing customer service. This shop has an incredible selection of specialised (& non specialist) makeup items and paraphernalia. Having only visited in person in the past, I recently placed an order online.
I got muddled up at some point & ordered the wrong item but the team at Guru couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and swapped it for me with no hesitation (obviously I returned it ASAP without having opened the packaging).
Efficient & rapid dispatch and delivery. Would thoroughly recommend.

I recently visited for some products not knowing roughly but not exactly what I required.
I was served by Caroline who was professional, honest and knowledgeable with the SFX products that I have little experience with. Her customer service was commendable, so much so that I ensured my complements extended to the store manager. I placed an order with Guru Makeup Emporium a few weeks ago and have now received all the products I have ordered and I am very happy. Unfortunately, the initial order had a few items missing (accidental) and arrived with the envelope damaged, which is currently being investigated by RM. However, when I reported it to Aine (whom I understand is the only individual working to keep the company going atm) she rectified the problem almost immediately. She promptly sent out the missing products to me and was very friendly and understanding. She replied to my emails and queries and was very supportive
