Great coffee. Seriously, yum.
What let's them down is their choice of courier company and the 'help' staff.
My delivery was CONSTANTLY delayed by a week or 2 sometimes. Usually the box would arrive filthy and/or crushed.
I wrote a long email to them explaining everything and was responded to with: 'ok, we'll let the courier company know'.
My last delivery never even arrived.
I emailed them again, cancelled my subscription and have not had any replies.
Obviously they don't need the business; and I'll be taking mine elsewhere.
