Established in 1968, the Mollymook Caravan Park is a privately owned and family run 3 star self rated park. It's set at the top of Mollymook overlooking the distant headland, with attractive gardens the park is a place to relax and yet enough facilities to entertain as well. It is a 3 hour drive from Sydney, 2 hours from Canberra, and the perfect holiday destination for families, couples and groups.

We're also pet friendly year round, making it a complete holiday for all. We are the only Caravan Park in Mollymook and therefore the closest Park to the Patrolled Mollymook Beach, which is renowned for its great surfing waves, you may also see a pod of dolphins enjoying the bay or whales in the distance.

Bit muddy (to be expected as it's been raining quite a lot) but actual location is really nice and I personally enjoy the nearby fishing spots and shops

Great little caravan park. Stayed for a couple of nights in one of their dog friendly cabins. Leanne and her team are super friendly. The cabins were clean and well maintained. The park is just off the main highway but you can't hear the traffic. Good amenities, including a pool, games room, bbq and pizza oven area. 20min walk down the hill to Mollymook surf club, golf club etc and short drive to Ulladulla, Milton and Burrill lake. Thank you for being so welcoming and pet-friendly year-round.

An awful park, immediately upon pulling up to the park I was disappointed. It is in the middle of suburbia right next the highway. It felt like a makeshift worksite & the 'cabins' were more like a construction site offices with barely enough room to park your car. The imagery on the website has been produced by a very creative individual - DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS. There was multiple areas around the park with construction work underway & were not fenced off, one of which was right next to our cabins which was unsafe for our 2 young families. The amenities were grubby and unkept and the playground

Had a lovely 6 day stay. On arrival the owner introduced himself and was more than approachable. Caravan park cabins and general facilities are been upgraded.
We had a powered site in the middle of grounds.
These days I find too many people are precious and complain over every thing from accomodation, food and are only happy to post negative comments.
I’m finding it interesting while we are away when we read reviews on food and accommodation.
I will make up my own mind on places, but it’s good to see people put up positive comments.

This was a surprisingly lovely place to stay. The service was friendly and helpful. Our cabin was new, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice (new and clean) compared to some of the old, dirty and run down bathrooms you can get at motels or even hotels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Mollymook Caravan Park. We stayed in the Brooman cabin and also had our puppy with us. The cabin was clean and well equipped for what we needed. I thought it was extremely good value for money, especially considering it was a busy January long weekend. Check in and check out was easy, and great communication from the park regarding our bookings and providing all the information we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Awful! I hope this review saves others from disappointment.
My husband and I booked based on the lovely pictures on the website. We left within 30 minutes of arriving despite having paid for our entire stay.
The caravan park felt like a shanty town. Camping spaces are very small with no privacy. It was completely overrun and overcrowded.
The park is in the midst of suburbia. Our allotted site backed directly onto the neighbour's backyard.
Definitely no place for a holiday.

The cabin was clean and the bbq worked great. Late check in was easy. The park needs more lighting as at night it is very dark and the roads very narrow, was disappointing to find the pool and games rooms not open. There are some renovations happening and I seen some new cabins, will look good when done. Only other complaints are that the heater base unit is located behind the bed rooms and was noisy when sleeping and the shower would get very hot unexpectedly.
