It has a lake and grounds like serafinos winery estate yet it's obviously not as focused on customer satisfaction. When my son broke a bottle of wine at serafino they replaced it free of charge but when this venue failed, supplying us with wrong set of keys we found ourselves locked out of the room with our belongings at 9pm new years eve. They took 20mins to return the correct set of keys to us so we could access all of our belongings. When we suggested a discount, the staff laughed in our faces and were very rude. They said we should stay in the incorrect room and just gave us the right keys

One of the best parks - very clean and spacious. We stayed in one of the dog-friendly cabins. Given there are wildlife in the resort - ie ducks and geese, we wouldn't recommended the park for dogs - even if they have to be on a leash. An enclosed yard attached to each dog-friendly cabin would be more environmentally friendly and safe for wildlife and smaller dogs. It is difficult to keep dogs on a leash and enjoy the surroundings yourself. Overall though, a brilliant and friendly park - close to all amenities particularly the town of Hahndorf.

Clean modern cabin. Stayed in a 2 room cabin, which had plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 kid. Had space for guests to visit as well, had good amenities with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, tv, kettle, reverse cycle aircon/heater. Due to the weather, didn't get to use the other on site facilities like mini-golf, pool and giant air pillow.
Staff were friendly and courteous.
