Services
Drive a truck or bus (including a prime mover or a mobile crane) over 8t GVM with a maximum of 2 axles (1 at rear). To be eligible to ugrade to MR you must have held your car licence min. Red Plates for a period of 12 months, and complete the Heavy Vehicle theory test with Qld Transport which can be done on the day of your practical driving test.
A Verification of Competency (VOC) is an assessment of a person's knowledge and skills in performing a task or plant and/or equipment operations and be deemed competent. The process assists employers with meeting their Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) obligations. Verification of Competency requirements are site and/or company specific.
Since 1970, Ace Driving School has earned a reputation as a reliable and affordable Car School with friendly, patient and qualified driving instructors that make learning to drive enjoyable in Brisbane, Gold Coast (auto only) and Sunshine Coast. Remember, the first 10 hours of driving lessons with Ace gives you 30 hours in your logbook!
2 days training + 1 day assessment - (3 x a week; Mon/Tues/Wed or Wed/Thur/Fri or Sat/Mon/Tues). On successful completion the student will be given a Statement of Attainment and AS1 form to apply for licence online at WH&S website.
Yes, we are still operating and delivering the White Card course face-to-face as mandated by Qld Workplace Health & Safety. White Card Issued Same Day successful completion of the training & assessment, applicants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) and Queensland WH&S Construction Induction Card (White Card) at the end of the course.

Great experience in every way. My instructor was very knowledgeable and calm and made it easy to learn the road ranger gear box in a very short amount of time. The whole process from lesson through to license test was made easy and enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend it!!

I was apprehensive at first, but the trainer Steve was able to make the training go well. I learnt a few things about my driving in general and how to reverse park a truck around a corner! I would recommend Bris. Truck school as a matter of course on Professionalism, price and availability in Caboolture. Also, Steve knows a good truck stop where the coffee is very good.

Dangerous Goods Course:
Victor is a great instructor. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and delivers the course in a way that makes it easy to learn. Highly recommend booking with Victor.
The facilities are good, however it can feel a little crowded in the room when you have to share a tiny desk with someone else.
I take one star off for not supplying basic food and refreshments.
Every other DG course provider will supply morning tea, cold drinks and with some even supplying lunch. The price you charge for your DG is on par or more expensive than others so it would be nice to see you

I found Neil and Cassie to be extremely helpful and professional. Their courses, instructors and assessors I found to be excellent. The instructors are knowledgeable, and explained all the information in ways that were good to understand. Thank you for assisting me while I got all the tickets I needed to attain for my plans in the transport industry
