If you intend to use Active Forklift Service;
A) Get a written quote first
B) Make sure the quote is detailed.
C) Ask them, after the work is done on the quote, will it fix the forklift or the good old trick they give is, 'you should have done this also'.
D) Get a second quote.
Do not trust them as far as i can kick them.
