All consultations begin with a comprehensive 1-hour health and nutrition assessment, followed by dietary analysis, diagnostic testing where required and the development of a comprehensive management plan to address your individual requirements. Heather works closely with other health professionals and members of your care team to get to the root cause of problems and provide integrated solutions to help you achieve your optimal health.
We know how important getting on the right track is to you. We also know for some, change can be daunting and for others, all they need are a few tweaks to get them on the right path! Our program The Take 3 Healthy You Review is designed to give you a jumpstart to health. The 30-minute program focuses on small changes that produce big impacts.
We hold workshops and events throughout the year and by arrangement.
