A little run down about who I am what makes me tick and what my goals are! I am a mother and wife firstly! My husband and I have 3 gorgeous boys that we adore. I grew up with a very tight knit family in a small milling town called Kawerau in the North Island of New Zealand before my parents moved us to the Gold Coast in 2000 as my father was working in Australia a lot.
I have spent the last 4 years in clinical practice since graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy and absolutely love what I do. Over the years I have gathered a lot of knowledge and resources through practice and further studies as well as finding my passions in specific areas of healthcare from Digestive Health, Women's Health as well as Mental health.

Services
What does a consultation look like? An initial consultation takes approximately 60-90 minutes, during this time we discuss your health concerns, I answer any questions you have and explain the potential reasoning behind your presenting symptoms. My goal is always to look for the cause of your health complaints and treat these causes rather than covering up symptoms.

What can I say Abbie other than that you are truly amazing at what you do 😊 You have helped me in so many ways ! Starting with depression diet and many more things That I have struggled with ! you have learned me so much about my body and how to help deal with things !
