Aiden is a very talented jeweller, my treasured ring had a stone missing, a baguette cut in a tricky setting in a handmade ring. Aiden sourced a diamond, repaired and restored my ring. It looks like new! He kept us up to date with the progress and was always courteous and simply couldn't do enough for us! The other staff were great as well, so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this locally owned business!

Bought a jade pendant and a gold chain.
The pendant had to be repaired at our expense within a short period of time.
The chain broke and I was told after leaving it with them for a week that it couldn't be repaired because it was hollow chain (I had not been told it was hollow chain when I purchased it) I was told that they would possibly re emburse or put toward a solid chain purchase (but they were unclear on specifics).
When I finally went in with the person I had gifted the items to they had managed to repair the unrepairable chain.
The manager made out that it was my fault for for buying

Five years ago I cruised in to Darwin for the day and urgently needed my watch band repaired. I went in and the jeweller fixed my band on the spot and refused any payment. I've never forgotten his kindness. I was in Darwin last week on a rainy day and returned to express my appreciation to him for his previous kindness. He looked at my watch and said some moisture had seeped in and took it away and dried it out and oiled it. Again no charge. What wonderful service. The staff were so lovely, warm and friendly. I found a gorgeous pair of earrings half price. If in Darwin call in. So much quality

Outstanding customer service at Hoskings Casuarina! My partner and I have been looking for the right wedding rings and were extraordinarily happy with the level of customer service. Their truly knowledgable staff have helped us greatly in finding the perfect rings for us. I would give 3 stars to the store itself and 1 or even 0 star to the sales lady named JAI (NT, Darwin Casuarina branch). My first enquiry was the Swarovski watch gray leather which she rudely said there is no stock, I asked if there is any same style but with a silver strap and she pointed out that there is no stock for that silver or gray strap. I asked again if I could look at their DKNY watches and she straightly said they dont have any DKNY. I was about to left the store and saw 3 DKNY watches displayed in the corner. Offensively impolite staff I have ever encountered! I want to share this

Couldn't return a ring 3 DAYS after buying it! Apparently the inside was scratched enough that they couldn't take it back. What's even worse is that they would've taken the ring back if I had the box they give you when purchasing a ring but I declined because it would've just went to landfill. I could've put the ring in the vacuum and returned it them, if it was in a box. They wouldn't notice anything!
TIP: Don't buy something from Hoskings without a box, it's foolproof to returning jewellery in any state.
