I had previously avoided the dentist at all costs due unpleasant experiences in my youth. The Sure Dental team are truly 5 star in terms of their customer service and professionalism. They showed genuine appreciation of my concerns, accommodated requests, advised me of my treatment options and achieved incredible results.

Although I was satisfied with my previous dentist, I changed work locations and changed to Sure Dental.
I chose Sure Dental simply because the location is close to home. However, from the first visit it was obvious I made a great choice for the following reasons:
1. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes (if at all).
2. You always get welcomed at the door by a very friendly staff member.
3. The place is ultra-modern – you watch Netflix with earphones on while the work is being done (your choice of program and apparently laughing is okay).
4. The staff are all extremely polite

12 months ago I went to Dr Ghobrial seeking a second opinion on advice I was given to save my teeth. When he explained that he wanted to restore and save as much of my teeth as possible I knew I was in the right hands!
After a year of braces, and finishing with porcelain veneers and crowns I am now the very happy owner of great teeth! Oustanding in all facets of the patient experience. Dr Ghobrial and his team, both clinical and administrative, couldn't have done more to make our experience one that was positive and reassuring. We were informed clearly about every step that needed to be taken with our dental care and all possible treatment options were discussed openly and transparently. Nothing makes multiple sessions of dental work go quicker than noise-cancelling headphones and several seasons of The Office, any clinic that provides this is doing something right :)

Without doubt the best dentist I have been to. I needed significant work done do correct previous crowns from a few years earlier and was experiencing a fair amount of pain. Dr Ghobrial and his team were quick to fix the issue and replace four crowns and remove a bad infection. They were incredibly professional but the best part was how understanding and flexible they were given my circumstances. I honestly dont think I have felt more comfortable with a dentist before. I would easily recommend Sure Dental to anyone and can safely say we have found our entire families dentist. The end result for

This is the practice to go to if you have phobias about dentists. I would rate my fear of dentists at extreme. I cannot praise them highly enough. They were so gentle, so friendly and patient. The kindness, and the compassion shown to me went way beyond them just doing their job. They turned a terrifying experience into a manageable one. From the moment I stepped in the door, they did everything possible to help calm me. I was never rushed or made to feel stupid for being frightened. The cuddly blanket and squeeze ball were surprisingly helpful. My husband told me they covered the dental instruments

If I could give more stars I would! The team at Sure Dental are absolutely wonderful at what they do. Each staff member that I met during my multiple appointments were kind and friendly. They helped me get through my dental anxiety by making me feel totally safe and comfortable.
