After leaving another mechanic's workshop without answers, I came to CQ to see if they could figure things out for me. Within a few minutes, the owner and another mechanic had identified the issue and rectified it. I was really amazed at their expertise!! These days I feel like it's hard to find an honest and "good" mechanic, so I'm stoked that I found these guys!!!! Thanks a lot!!

Great place for multicultural communities in Richmond. Cheap, efficient and goes beyond & above serving customers.
Carlton (not sure if i am pronouncing the owner's name right), is the most honest, open and compassionate mechanic i have dealt with. He listened when i was frustrated, and did the right thing. It's not about the shops, its about the people who you deal with. The even let me pump up my basketball :). Thanks you.

I just rolled up without an appointment as my car had broken down nearby. Tricky problem but Carlton found it. I was quite impressed. Car had once over, problem solved with quite inexpensive part.
Very thorough job with report of what still needed doing in the not too distant future. Also gave a very thorough explanation as to what was going on...

Very happy with the service and how quick the bit of work got done. There was an issue with the electrics - dashboard and tail lights not working. Dropped the car in the morning, heard back within the hour of what the issue was and the car was fixed just a few hours later. Much earlier than I expected.
Price was reasonable for parts and service. No problems there.
Friendly service and would go back again. Would recommend.
