When a vehicle has been diagnosed with an issue in another workshop, we need to do our own diagnostics to ensure that this really is the problem, therefore not wasting time and money on the wrong issue, as we did try to explain to this young man on the phone, who was insistent we give an exact quote to do a job on his car unseen.
We are able to quote a job accurately and guarantee our work when we have inspected, and done our own diagnosis

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. RUDE OWNER AND RECEPTIONIST.
Called up asking about a HIM unit, he said that it is most likely not that, but something else. I told him I was told that by another auto elec shop and that they were very confident. He said to me that he can do it for $150.
I then called up and asked to be booked in to have that done, his receptionist then said “I don’t think he said $150” yes he bloody did, then said “I don’t think that’s what he meant”. She then passed me onto him; and he just went at me saying that people do bad jobs all the time and that most don’t

My alternator started making the funny sound and the battery went flat. We were visiting melbourne. I dropped the car in at 9am and it was all done by lunch time. Fantastic. They were fast and gave a very reasonable price. They didn't try to pile on or anything. Just did s great job and we were on our way

Had quite a few jobs done here over the years and I keep coming back for auto electrical work. I've had Electric brake controllers fitted, trailer wiring, battery cutoff solenoids and many small wiring jobs and modifications to equipment. Their quotes have always been accurate with no unpleasant surprises. Work has always been done on time and where vehicle modifications have been done, neatly and professionally finished. A few small jobs have even been done while I wait. Highly recommended.
