Let me start by saying our experience was great at first. We dealt with Chase. He was responsive and always helpful. I emailed him a few times, no response. I called and found out he had quit. I was a little disappointed that my tax firm didn't call to let me know, but after speaking with John (I think), we felt better. He was apologetic to not contacting us, asked great questions, and said he would review our stuff and contact me in a few days. A week went by, no call.
