I called and asked to make an appointment to do my tax return, the lady asked what kind of return it was and I told her it was just an individual tax return, she then hesitated and told me that their prices start at $200 (it sounded as though she was trying to dissuade me from using their services); I told her that is fine and then she said she would get someone to call me back to discuss my return first.
Well, two weeks later and I haven't heard back. I'm sure they are good at accounting, but I can't stand businesses that don't hold themselves accountable (pardon the pun) when it comes to returning
