This 90 min - 2 hrs treatment is our own unique style of massage, combining Remedial Massage, ACU-Pressure and Streching into an amazing experience of Full Body Massage, allowing the body to absolutely release pain and tension held in mind and body. Karen is a genius!
I hurt my back in a horrific way and was unable to walk or even stand up due to the slip in my back.
Called Karen and she made time from her busy schedule to see me after hours and worked her magic to nut out the pain and take some pressure off.
Whilst it was still hard to sleep, I did manage to get some rest and was shocked that I could actually stand up the very next day.
Karen then came back the next day and did more remedial massage and I was able to walk enough by day two.
Going from the fact that I couldn’t even more to being able to walk again was fantastic. The

Karen was fantastic, perfecto pressure in the right spots that needed help. She is warm, friendly and relaxed me the moment she arrived. She has healing hands and I absolutely loved the stretches and all the littl things she did to make me feel comfortable & relaxed.

Wow. Karen is an amazing massage therapist. I have held a lot of tension in my neck, back and shoulders for a long time. Karen is the first therapist for me that has the skills to unlock the tightness. Immediately after the treatment I noticed my range of movement was dramatically increased. Such a lovely person as well to add to the experience. So grateful I have found Karen. Looking forward to treatment 2,3 etc etc.

Karen responds so quickly when ever I need her for my hip pain following a car accident. Essentially I tense up and that makes me stiff around my right hip and lower back. Karen gets me relaxed and then works on the hips to relax the muscles - she tells me all the muscle names and how the pain runs down my leg but I really can't remember other than she fixes it! Thanks Karen - I don't want to see you soon but I am sure I will!!
