ACT Skip Hire are a very professional and friendly company who provided a good customer experience.
Their weight allowances are excellent and higher than the competitors. As we had a heavy load this worked out to be the most economical option.
Skip was dropped off and picked up promptly.
Office team and drivers were courteous and friendly.

Can't fault them one bit. I don't usually give out 5 star reviews however ACT Skip hire is the exception. Website is clear and easy to understand. I applied for a 3m3 late in the evening. Pretty much first thing someone got back to me, explaining a few extra details. Locked in a drop off time and a pick up date.
The bin was dropped off first thing Friday morning where I asked for it to be left. Driver was very nice and polite also very professional. Filled the bin to the correct hight. Driver returned on Monday morning and collected the bin without a fuss as promised. Paid with cash on delivery

The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, the skips are delivered and picked up on time, they are very transparent with costings and any charges that were unanticipated. 0 stars if I could, but not able to post a comment without selecting at least one. Completely hopeless!!! dropped the skip off late and picked it up early. Charged for three day's, but the skip wasn't here for three full day's. Rang to complain only to be told that it is in their terms and conditions that they are allowed to pick it up any time they want. Complete waste of money. Will never use this service again and will tell everyone I know not to use this company either.

The team in the office we really good to deal with and made the process very easy. The driver very helpful when positioning the skips, as we had to be mindful of our shared driveway with our neighbours.
Highly recommend these guys and there's the added bonus of knowing they will send as much as they can to recycling!!!

I've used this mob twice to hire a 3m3 skip. Never any issues. About to use them a third time and saw that they're reviews were low and thought I'd chime in.
Reception has always been very helpful, and the drivers call to confirm the drop spot.

Great customer service from the driver and receptionist. Tammy and Kathryn are very lovely people. Had an issue today due to people throwing other things in our bin which made it overflow but they were very flexible with solving the problem. Will hire from again in the future. Thank you!
