I've used this tip a couple of times when I had a large amount of green waste to get rid of. This weekend I rented a van for 2 hours and loaded it up. Arrived there at 10:30am on Sunday, 28 November. Sign says, "Open 7 days!" Including Sundays 9:00am-12:45pm. Then another sign just says, "Closed." No explanation. I had to extend the van rental (lucky I could) and then drive across town to the Port Phillip tip instead. It's a tip, I don't expect much, but being open at your stated hours doesn't seem a lot to ask. Next time I'll call first.

Would never do business with these guys!
A man in a kartaway mini truck abused me verbally this morning in South Yarra as I was crossing the road with my dogs! He also verbally abused another person in there car! Not great to be screaming foul mouth remarks when you truck has the company on the side of it

My experience with Kartaway has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing business experiences I have had to date. Unauthorised debits from our company credit card without sending an invoice, over charging, not honoring what was agreed to and a real lack of communication on their part. Who would have thought having a couple of waste bins could be so much hard work!

Amazing service. They helped us to know what size bin we would need, delivered the next day and let us have the bin for as long as we needed and then when we called for a pick up it was gone within 24 hours. They were able to position the bin exactly where we needed it, even with our steep driveway. Definitely will use for all our future bin needs!

We needed a skip for a small job and when discussing our needs on the phone they recommended a size up (just in case) for only slightly more. This was the best advice because we filled the bin they recommended to the top.
The bin was delivered exactly when we requested it, it was positioned in a location that considered our cars in and out of the drive-way and collection was when they said it would be.
Cannot fault this company and would highly recommend. :)

I tried to book a skip through another supplier and was profoundly disappointed and decided to contact kartaway.
The contrast in ease of booking, choice of bin, pick up time and transparency in pricing was a polar opposite!
Bin arrived bang on time, driver offered an earlier pick up time if it suited and even offered to help me load my rubbish into the bin, tell me if you have heard that from a skip driver before!!
All in all, great service, I should have called Kartaway first, and will from now on.

Fantastic experience using Kartaway - great service!! Booked a skip, found the communication from the operations team regarding delivery and pickup of the skip was great! Truck driver was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure that there was no damage made to the driveway when dropping off the bin. Competitively priced and prompt responses to questions. Great work!
