Ordered a complete rear axle assembly for a BT50. Unfortunately diff centre had an issue which you could not tell externally. Travis sorted it all out most professionally and we had a good result all round.

Genuine old fashioned customer service! These guys have helped me out a few times with parts and advice. Sometime they may take a little while to answer the phone or get back to you, but that's because they are in demand. This is a good thing. They've helped me keep my Transit on the road when even Ford couldn't.

Made a phone enquiry about some heavier duty suspension for a Sprinter. Couldn't have have had the phone answered by a more bored unhelpful person if you tried. For the so called Sprinter specialists I would have expected more knowledge

The wiper motor on my 2000 Mercedes ML320 packed up (done 130,000km) and I didn't even bother going to a dealer. First Auto had one on the shelf for $140, steal!! Saved a bundle :)
