I rang up MRC on thursday chasing a stainless steel Venom 4inch dump and high flow cat. Was called back and told within minutes that they would have it in friday. Was called on friday morning to say it would be in the afternoon. As soon as it arrived I was notified, and I went down and picked it up..
Good old customer service. I love it. Great work by all involved. Has helped me out of a pickle..
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I was looking for a company who can cut a few 102 mm discs with a central hole from borosilicate glass for my scientific equipment. I have written to five water jet cutting companies. Two ignored me and two answered "we cannot cut such material". Jack from MRC Waterjet Cutting has answered "That should be possible, but we are not that experienced with cutting glass. We are happy to do the one disc for free as a sample". I brought a two glass sheets, the first disc was great, then he cut other. Jack understands physical principles of waterjet cutting, trying to reach the best results with parameters
