My partner and I attended our first visit to this lovely practice today. Our first impression of the place was outstanding! From the lovely greeting by the receptionists to the in-chair consultation. The practice is warm and inviting to the eye.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Sam. He is patient, gentle, knowledgeable, skilful and intuitive. Going to the dentist is never an easy thing to do, but the staff at Top Smile Clinic definitely make it a lot easier with their smiles, advice and professionalism.

Went to make a crown with Dr. Sam around 1 year ago. The crown fell off, it shouldn't fall off after only a year. Called the reception on 27th April and she said will message or call back and never did till now. Went to 3 different dentist for consultation and they all said the placement of one of the screw/post was wrong and so it broke the teeth. Now my teeth can't be saved and needs to be extracted. The crown itself was trimmed down so much that the top became flat and there's a hole in the middle of it. During the fitting last year, I have to come back several times as the crown doesn't fit

The team at Top Smile clinic are impressive: caring, smart, kind - and of course, excel at what they do. I was looking for a new dentist after a few horrible experiences. A colleague recommended Dr Sam even when living in Queensland, this colleague would travel to Mascot for her dental check-ups, I understand why ... Word of mouth (no pun intended) is the best. This is a practice where even people who fear dentists will feel comfortable.

Dr Sam has been my dentist for many years. I used to suffer very bad anxiety about going to the dentist but Dr Sam always made me feel ok. I have had crowns and implants with Dr Sam and many years later they are still great no issues. I would recommend him highly. I now live a few hours away from Mascot but still happy to travel for good service.😁
