There is nothing better than coming home to an immaculately designed interior and a fantastic variety of designer furniture. In fact, many homeowners across Australia use furniture as an effective design tool, with which to create a unique and appealing ambience. Whether it is a designer leather lounge or an old chair that is simply too comfortable to get rid of, furniture is an important part of everyone's home.
Unfortunately, scratches, stains, damage and deterioration can all play a part in the gradual decline of furniture and this can have a negative effect on its comfort and visual appeal. It is not simply a matter of replacing damaged furnishings either; furniture can be an expensive investment and a stain or some superficial damage is often insufficient to warrant an entirely new lounge.

Your furniture is often more than just a possession; it is a reflection of you and a prominent feature of your home. For this reason, you might choose to invest quite a bit into your furniture to ensure that it is a perfect fit for the ambience of your home. Unfortunately, however, your furniture can often sustain damage in the course of day-to-day life and it will not always be practical to replace it.
Lounges form a vital part of all living rooms and are one of the most frequently used items of furniture in any house. Unfortunately, this frequent use can see your couch sustaining considerable damage over a relatively short period of time. Ruined upholstery, broken springs, damaged frames, broken feet and more can all afflict your couch and have quite an impact on its comfort, visual appeal and functionality.

Our lounge has deteriorated very badly so Harvey Norman said to get a report done by The Lounge Repair Guys then we can have it repaired under the warranty. I called today to organise a report and was told that they can’t do it as they work for Harvey Norman and it would be a conflict of interest!!!! They won’t write a report or even look at the lounge! What terrible service that screams fraud!!! Definitely not an independent company!

I do NOT appreciate your technician claiming that we "Trashed"our lounge suit..This was apparently written in an email from your tech to the store we purchased from. Would never get you to repair our furniture and will never buy from that store again. And as for your tech's claims that the lounge was just put out in the driveway and nobody around… was wrong...my son had just come upstairs for a few seconds to ask me something... You were told on a few occassions that this would happen as we have a dog..so for your benefit as a mere precaution we did what we thought was courteous and took
