Kate graduated from La Trobe University in 1997, and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Ergonomics at University Que. Lynn graduated from the University of Sydney in 1993 and has twenty years' experience with a broad range of diagnostic. Cathy graduated from the University of Sydney in 1992 as an Occupational Therapist and completed her Post Graduate Diplo.

Our medicolegal reports which provide evidence to the courts are given detailed review and are known for their thorough and accurate calculation of past and future care.MRO is not a work cover accredited provider, so we cannot provide standard workers compensation services. We are able however to provide ergonomic assessments, one off workplace assessments and ADL reviews and catastrophic workers care interventions.

MRO Activate is a proactive early intervention program, designed by Occupational Therapists for people who have had whiplash or a soft tissue injury. It is based on best practice guidelines and follows the principles of 'Explain Pain' (Butler and Moseley, 2003). This individualised program is based around early education and strategies to promote engagement in activity.
It was designed by a rehabilitation counsellor to assist people who are not working as a result of their injury. All clients participating in the 'Stepping Stones to Work' program will be issued with a workbook containing case studies, resources such as example resumes and interview responses, as well as activities to strengthen confidence and understand of the content.
