Located in the heart of beautiful Kiama on the NSW South Coast, Solutions for Wellbeing provides an integrated solution to your health, fitness and rehabilitation needs. Our multidisciplinary team are experienced allied health professionals offering Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Dietetics.

Whether you are looking for acute or chronic pain relief, rehabilitation from injury or surgery, maintaining or maximising your current mobility and ability in the face of a chronic condition or looking for an all round solution to your health, fitness and rehabilitation, Solutions4Wellbeing has you covered.
Services
At Solutions4wellbeing we have a multidisciplinary allied health and administration team who are ready and able to provide you with the highest quality care and service. We have physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, an osteopath, a dietitian and administration staff who work together to ensure you receive the support and treatment you require.
Solutions4Wellbeing are leaders in health, rehabilitation and fitness here in Kiama. We provide evidence based services to clients living with acute, chronic and complex conditions as well as fitness solutions to those requiring a professional and tailored fitness service.

Our Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Dietitian provide clinical services as individual consultations or group consultations in our clinic for people living with a wide variety of injuries and conditions.We also provide supported services from a variety of government and privately funded schemes.
Our team of experienced physiotherapists use advanced, evidence based techniques to assess, diagnose, treat and prevent a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders. Physiotherapists are university trained allied health professionals who specialise in prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries, musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, and respiratory conditions.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists are health professionals who specialise in the delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic disease, pain and injuries. At Solutions for Wellbeing, Kiama, our Exercise Physiology services have use of our extensive range of rehabilitation, fitness and clinical Pilates equipment to give you the best exercise program design for sustained recovery and optimum health.
Dietetics applies a scientific understanding of nutrition to diet and its effects on health. Dietitians understand how your body works and how food and drinks help nourish both healthy individuals and those with medical conditions that are affected by or treated with nutrition. University trained Dietitians provide specialised and tailored nutrition advice to suit an individual's lifestyle, taste preferences and longer-term health goals.

I'm 62 and new to exercise. There are no gym junkies here, just people like me, improving their health or doing rehabilitation for injuries they have. The staff are wonderful and supportive. You work at your own pace and the clients are absolutely lovely. They don't judge. I feel comfortable here. Love this place

I love it here! Can't get enough! The trainers are amazingly supportive, motivating and are there with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals. Definitely would recommend the boxing class on Tuesdays....its my favourite!

I went to S4W for neck, shoulder & back pain the reception staff were so friendly & helpful explaining what S4W was all about. I made an appointment to see Julie (Osteopathy) Julie was very easy to talk too, she explained everything so well and after a few sessions plus exercises she gave me to do at home my back has never been better! Julie is just awesome! We're currently working on a knee/calf injury I've had for the past 2 years & it's improving already.
With the added benefit of the gym under the same roof I decided to sign up. The trainers are just amazing! I signed up for a fitness assessment

I would highly recommend the qualifications and professionalism of Louise Adams,amazing ! My husband has had a sore back for years and been told so much conflicting advice ,for the first time yesterday after seeing Louise "someone that knows what they are talking about"and makes sense.thankyou
