I went to Torga Store at Garden City last Friday 12/11/2021. Selected the frame and paid the deposit before the eye test. After the test I was advised that the new lenses won't improve my eyesight and will arrange for the refund. Few hours later I was called to go back to have further examination today 15/11/2021. Thanks to Greg who did the best eye test I had ever have before. He immediately wrote me the referral to seek second opinion and at the same time Tiaan did the refund for me. With all these good services Torga is now the store I and my family will go to have all our future optical needs

Woah I didn't not expect writing anything bad about Torga ever as I have been a customer for about 5 years and so far I loved the frames and the service.
Today I came to pick up a new frame as my favourite one has broken (second time in 2 years). I kept coming back because I really like the frame and the service has been pretty good. Though I must admit the frame breaking in the same place twice has already gotten me pretty annoyed, but I was grateful for the replacement under warranty.
When the staff have put my current lenses into a new frame they damaged one lense to the point that I can't

The best optical store ever visited, have tried every other optical store at Northlakes shopping centre since last few years and this new shop is just a fresh breath of air with great customer service and best prices without any surprise. The optometrist took time to do all the check necessary and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend for your next pair of glasses.

I thought I would try out this store since they had a sign saying 50% off spectacles or similar. There was a really nice optometrist who measured me up, but this middle aged guy who said he was in charge kept telling me how attractive I looked, and I had to ask him to please stop trying to put glasses on me since he was doing it in a way I found really weirdly intimate.

Best service - 50 years of wearing glasses means I know the difference. My experience at the North Lakes store makes me believe they seriously want you to walk out with the glasses that really suit your face. I have never had such great advice, yet genuine. Not trying to sell a product, really meaning to get the greatest glasses at the greatest price. If that is a sign of future service I will never go anywhere else. Torga in my opinion is an amazing family friendly practice with competitive prices for top quality product. The Optometrist I saw paid attention to detail and went above beyond for me in the test room and made me feel genuinely listened to and respected! The frames showcase my individual style and help me feel and look my best everywhere I go! I now see my eyewear as more than just a functional necessity but also a fashion accessory that really enhances my look and makes me feel radiant! The frames are so funky and different to other places I've been and such a wide variety of colour and flare

4.5 stars if i could. Great experience overall. Lucy the optometrist was 5 stars. Since moving to Australia I have found it difficult to find a good optometrist as i am a bit of a hard case to get right as I only have vision in one eye, but she went above and beyond to make sure my script was right.
The staff were good when then selecting all the lenses etc. They do old school measuring and were happy to fit my own frames. The lenses are some of the best I have had in a long time and I know its because of the staff and time they spent consulting. The only reason I didnt give a five is I did have

Have been really happy with my experience with Torga I have found the staff professional and helpful and the product is value for money. Had some concerns with a pair of progressive lens sunglasses which were causing headaches was not able to wear, they replace lenses for me and fixed the problem very happy with the service.

We ordered new reading and sun glasses for three people from Torga, we were told that it will take 7-8 days to arrive. We had to go several different times in order to pick only some of the glasses as there was always some still not ready over the course of 3 weeks. Its been more than 4 weeks and today we picked up the glasses for the third person, but we still haven't received the sunglasses for them. So we will need to go for the 4th time to pick them up at indefinite time. To be kept waiting without any information for more than a month rather than 7-8 days is unacceptable. Would not recommend

I recently lost my prescription sunglasses so when I ordered new reading and sun glasses from Torga I asked how long it took for them to arrive. I was told maximum 7-8 days, and they would contact me when they arrive. After two weeks I rang and was told the reading glasses were here but the sunglasses were not. I rang four days later and told my glasses had arrived. I do not recommend this Company if you would like to receive service. The out of pocket cost after private insurance was $380, so it was not as though it was cheap.
