I would like to recommend PMC for the great work they did for our family. They were very open during the process and respected our brief very well. They took us through the process at our own pace and managed our expectations very well to get us a property we are very happy with ! They removed a big part of the emotional side of the buy, the second guessing, that gets in the way of committing. They recognised an opportunity and made sure we didn't miss out. Overall it was a good end to a 6 month process !

Will definitely be using PMC again and would highly recommend to anyone. My partner and I were looking to buy our first home together but as a young couple we were struggling with getting our foot in the door in the area that we wanted, as we were up against a lot of competition and found there were real estate agents who were not taking us… seriously as buyers. As soon as we signed up with PMC, we felt confident that we would be looked after and that we would end up with something we loved. The team at PMC are very experienced and knowledgeable in the property market. I would highly recommend there services if you are looking to purchase your next home/investment property but don’t have the time these guys will do the leg work for you and negotiate a great outcome. Laura was amazing - she came on board to help us buy a house we had our hearts set on. She helped us to work out how much it was worth (get the heart out of the way!!!), how much work on it would cost, and how… to go about buying it. On the day of the auction she bid on our behalf and beat 2 other parties to get the house - at less than our top price!! Thank you so much Laura!!!
